This is no surprise given the previous report that was handed to President Biden the other month. Along with the Exchange Server incident, which originated from China.
Like clockwork, the previous article on the U.S. cybersecurity strategy is aging quite well. The NYT article is pretty much a direct response to many of the points that I raised in this article. Glad to see the new administration at least seems to be putting their best foot forward regarding making changes to security.
